We reserve the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to this website or cancel an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will notify you immediately and you will not incur any costs.
Pricing and availability
The total price of your goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order or at the end when your order has been confirmed. All prices are in pounds sterling including the relevant taxes for the UK where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your order reaches its destination country are your responsibility.
We have the right to make alterations to the prices in the following circumstances:
On extremely rare occasions, the cost of the product may have increased but not updated on the website, taxes may have not been included in the price, or they may have changed. We will inform you immediately and before dispatch if this is the case to ensure you still wish to purchase, but at the revised cost.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error, or the price from our suppliers, tax or duty office was incorrect when our price was published. If you have already been charged we will immediately refund you the total amount you have paid including any delivery charges.
All products and services offered for sale on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Pictures used are for illustration only and although we endeavour to be as accurate as possible, may differ slightly from the actual product supplied. If goods cannot be supplied for any reason we will contact you and you will not be charged for the items ordered. If payment has already been taken, you will be refunded for the cost and any postage charges if applicable without delay.
We endeavour to hold stocks of all our active products, but if we are out of stock of your chosen item we will inform you of an estimated delivery date, subject to availability.
Some items may be shipped direct to you from our supplier in order for you to receive your chosen items as quickly as possible. This means that you may receive your order in separate parts, but will not incur any additional carriage charges (unless stated on your order conformation due to part of your order being for items under a different carriage charge structure e.g. rubber matting)
We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Payment is taken at the point of order and is processed through a secure server by debit or credit card (please see card security below). We strongly recommend that you do not send your card details by email, as we cannot be held responsible for security if you supply your details in this way.

Please ensure you enter the correct postcode/zipcode in the box marked 'postcode/zipcode' on the order form as our system will offer you the relevant options based on this information where additional postage/carriage costs are relevant. Most of our goods include postage and packing costs but where such costs are shown as 'additional', we always endeavour to secure the most economic costs, which will be clearly marked against items.
We will always endeavour to despatch goods within 24 hours unless the items you have ordered, or one or more of the items you have ordered, are out of stock. In that case, we will make every effort to despatch the goods as soon as possible. If the time delay to complete the order becomes extended, we may despatch the items we have in stock and send the balance on as soon as possible. We will then notify you of extended delays. Where items are offered with 'postage and packing included' and are returned for refund, you will be refunded less the actual cost of us sending the item out on the original order. Delivery is Monday to Friday only.
Goods damaged in transit
When you sign for your delivery from the carrier, you must check you are receiving the correct number of parcels you are signing for and ensure that you make a note if there appears to be any damage to any of the parcels, on the consignment note. Please make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods, please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Goods lost in transit
We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within a reasonable time from the expected delivery date.
Our 30 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. All returned goods must be received by us in a saleable condition with any seals or shrink-wraps unopened. Once we have received your items, we will refund the full payment price by return. Apart from consumable items, such as magazines and printed material, all goods have a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims for faulty goods will be dealt with through us but the manufacturer will make an assessment and decide on the proper course of action.
You are free to cancel your order at any time and for any reason before your order has been dispatched. Once we have received notification of your cancellation, an immediate refund will be made. If your order has been despatched, it will have to be treated as a return, as we will have already processed your order.
