In search of Panama’s Parrots

Countless birdwatchers visit Costa Rica, whose wealth of avian gems is legendary.  Yet the neighbouring country of Panama, to the east, is far less known or written about.  You would think the canal was the only area of interest!  Nothing could be further from the truth - although you do not need to have an interest in engineering to find the canal fascinating.
