ARA Project update
I followed the release of the Buffon’s Macaws in Parrots magazine last year and enjoyed reading about their antics once released in the wild. It was therefore a joy to read in the June 2014 (197) issue that all the macaws are continuing to do well and the ARA Project has now completed its fourth release of these very handsome birds.
My dream is to go to Costa Rica one day and see these birds flying free! Thank you ARA Project for your dedication to saving this endangered species in the wild, and well done for all your hard work!
