I would like to sincerely thank Dr Reinschmidt and Dr Waugh of Loro Parque for their kindly reply to my previous letter regarding the Spix’s Macaw and Purple-naped Lory chicks.

It was for readers and myself a perfect clarification of the natural parrot keeping issues I mentioned. Also, kudos to LPF for their new macaw aviary with live trees!
