Dear Parrots magazine, Supplements In the last issue of this magazine(August) Jane Worthly describes her experiences with supplement, which I found extremely interesting. However, I am totally confused about them and can never decide whether to use them or not.
I have, in the past, kept breeding budgies and had reasonable success but only experimented with supplement when breeding. But I never did know if they did any good and always thought, would the birds have bred in any case?
I no longer breed birds and now have two pet Senegals that have made life so much more enjoyable. Do I feed them supplements or not - very confused? So can we have more articles on nutrition please? Sheila Goldsworthy, Kings Lynn
